Swedish for WOOL FACTORY, this century-old landmark stands situated alongside Norrköping’s prominent river which runs through the city centre. A full-scale renovation of the original building was executed along with the addition of an entirely new adjoined structure. This sustainably steered development now houses a range of several luxury apartments, a community centre and a partially covered outdoor garden.
