This 9-storey luxury residential condominium in Washington's historical downtown neighbourhood was completed in Dec 2015. While working at Toronto-based interior design firm, Cecconi Simone, I was heavily involved with this project's development and execution. Appropriately named The Louis (at 14+U), its tenants enjoy the upscale amenities, spacious suites and elegant modern details.
